2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether by name, device, IP address, bank account, or other identifying means — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
To verify eligibility, rtp110 requires the submission of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) and a selfie photograph during the KYC process. Users who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age and identity will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.
3.1 Registration Process. 3.4 Account Closure by User. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting rtp110's support team. Upon verified closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no active bonus wagering obligation remains.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. rtp110 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) program consistent with its international licensing obligations. All Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. rtp110 may also require KYC completion before permitting deposits above certain thresholds or before granting access to certain game categories.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit per transaction is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform.
5.3 Processing Times. Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of successful transfer confirmation. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly. rtp110 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Deposit Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of deposit transfer details. Funds deposited to incorrect account numbers cannot be recovered by rtp110. You must only deposit funds that belong to you — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed upon detection.
5.5 Deposit Fees. rtp110 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your sole responsibility.
rtp110 holds all player funds in accounts segregated from operational capital. Your deposited funds are protected and will not be used to cover rtp110's operating expenses under any circumstances.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Users who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests will be declined if the account is under investigation, if KYC is incomplete, or if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met in full.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single-withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though large withdrawal requests above Rp 100.000.000 may be subject to enhanced review and processed in installments at rtp110's discretion.

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. rtp110 will not process withdrawals to accounts held in a name different from your KYC-verified identity.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. rtp110 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Standard bank or e-wallet transaction fees imposed by the User's financial institution remain the User's responsibility.
6.6 Right to Delay. rtp110 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. The User will be notified of any such delay and the reason where permitted by applicable law.
7.1 Bonus Availability. rtp110 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slot games, and referral rewards. All promotions are time-limited and subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the combined bonus and deposit value before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and sports pre-match accumulators with odds below 1.50 — may contribute at reduced percentages or not at all toward wagering requirements. 7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered through the applicable wagering requirement within the stated expiry window (typically 7–30 days depending on the promotion) will be automatically forfeited and removed from the User's account balance without further notice.
7.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each User is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless the promotion is explicitly described as repeatable. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using new accounts, new payment methods, or other circumvention methods constitute bonus abuse.
7.5 rtp110's Right to Modify Promotions. rtp110 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonus funds already credited to a User's account at the time of any such modification.
7.6 Bonus Abuse. rtp110 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, rtp110 may void all bonus-derived winnings, close the account, and decline to process any outstanding withdrawal requests derived from abusive play.
8.1 General Betting Rules. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a sport-specific or game-specific rule set, the sport-specific or game-specific rule set shall prevail in relation to that activity.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. rtp110 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — bets placed on markets where a pricing error is evident, bets placed after an event's result is known (late bets), or bets placed by an account under investigation.
8.3 Palpable Errors. Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed error, or human input mistake, rtp110 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the original stake. rtp110 will not be bound by obviously incorrect odds where a reasonable person would recognize the pricing as erroneous.
8.4 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to live odds that update in real time. Connection interruptions during live bet placement are the User's responsibility. Where a connection loss results in a bet being placed at unintended odds, rtp110 may use reasonable discretion in resolving the outcome, but is not obligated to reverse bets successfully accepted by the system at the displayed odds.
8.5 RNG Certification. 12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rtp110's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their rtp110 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. rtp110 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any gambling losses suffered by the User, howsoever arising.
12.4 User Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made on the Platform. rtp110 does not provide gambling advice and any information published on the Platform — including but not limited to odds, statistics, and match previews — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation to place any particular bet.
13.1 The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by rtp110 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
